From 2010 Ayesha Communications has offered this course to corporate clients for in house staff training and for other employers/subcontractors.

​The 10/12 hour course includes facts about deafness, such as recognising when someone may have a hearing loss, lipreading and clear communication tactics, some basic BSL and an overview of how easy it is to provide an equal and more effective service to customers and clients, and fulfil your obligations under the Equality Act.
